Online Ordering - You can securely order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Phone Orders - You can also phone us toll free to order at 1-877-737-2257. Hours are 9am to 9pm seven days a week. If no one is available to take your information please leave a message including a number where you can be reached and we will return your call.
Fax Ordering - You may order by phoning our toll free fax line at 1-877-737-2250

Credit Cards - We accept Visa & Master Card
Paypal - When using eChecks, please allow 5 days to clear
Money Orders
We do not accept personal cheques or COD orders
Taxes
Sales tax is applicable in PEI only at a rate of 10%
GST is applicable at the rate of 7% to all Canadian purchases
No taxes are applicable on orders shipped outside of Canada

Returns
Island Music will accept on return any unopened item and undamaged item purchased from us within a 30 day time period of purchase. Refunds are for the product (and taxes if applicable) only. Not the shipping costs. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original order or invoice and mailed to: Island Music, Box 123, Summerside, PEI Canada C1N 4P6
